  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 5 cloves garlic - minced
  • 2 large shallots - minced
  • 2 pounds baby bok choy - halved or quartered
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper - optional
