Ingredients

  • For the Salty Rim
  • 2 teaspoons sea salt or coarse salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili seasoning mix
  • For the Drink:
  • 6 ounces tomato juice or Bloody Mary Mix
  • 1/4 cup lime juice 2 to 3 limes
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce vegan
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce you may add more after trying the finished product
  • 12 ounces beer your favorite, I used Dos Equis
  • 3 green olives optional
  • 1 wedge lime optional

Instructions

  1. For the Rim:
  2. Mix the salt and chili seasoning in a saucer and spread wider than the rim of the glass.
  3. Use a lime wedge and rub around the rim of each glass.
  4. Hold the glass from the bottom and move straight down and place into the salt/chili seasoning mix. Lift and set aide.
  5. For the Drink:
  6. Pour all of the drink ingredients into a large pitcher and mix.
  7. Fill up the glass with ice.
  8. Pour the mixed drink over the ice.
  9. Serve with olives and lime wedges for a little extra fun.
